Six days: a full city pass, then three directions out

Day 5: Silkeborg, the Lake District, and Himmelbjerget
Roughly 45 minutes west, Silkeborg holds the Tollund Man at Silkeborg Museum and Museum Jorn. Himmelbjerget, a 147m hill, not a mountain (Møllehøj at 171m is Denmark’s actual highest point), sits nearby, reachable by the historic paddle steamer Hjejlen across the lakes (verify current sailing times).
Day 6: Ebeltoft and Mols Bjerge National Park
Roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour east, Ebeltoft’s cobblestoned old town holds the Fregatten Jylland museum warship, and Mols Bjerge National Park covers hills up to 137m and heath just beyond it. If the weather turns, Randers Regnskov, an indoor rainforest zoo roughly 40 minutes north, is the better wet-weather swap for this day (verify current transport times for whichever you pick).
