This itinerary focuses on the US Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. John, & St. Croix) and assumes you’ll be visiting multiple islands. You can adapt it for a single island experience as well!

Day 1: Arrival in St. Thomas & Charlotte Amalie Exploration

  • Morning: Arrive at Cyril E. King Airport (STT) on St. Thomas.

  • Afternoon:

  • Evening: Enjoy a delicious meal at Gladys’ Cafe in Charlotte Amalie known for its authentic Caribbean cuisine.

  • Things to know about St. Thomas:

    • Currency: The US dollar is used in the US Virgin Islands.
    • Language: English is the official language of the US Virgin Islands.
    • Transportation: Public transportation is available on the island, primarily through taxis and “safari taxis” (shared public transport). You can also rent a car or scooter to explore at your own pace.

  • Day 3-4: St. Thomas

  • Things to do in St. Thomas:

    • Shopping: Charlotte Amalie is known for its duty-free shopping, so indulge in some souvenirs and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the town.
