Providenciales Wildlife: Wild, Not Captive
A dolphin that has patrolled the same stretch of water off Grace Bay since around 1980 is Providenciales’ closest thing to a mascot, and by law he is better protected than almost anything else on the island. That single fact sets the tone for every other animal encounter here: this is a wild-and-charity island, not a marine park.
