Is the Rosario Islands day trip worth the scam risk?
Yes, if you book a reviewed operator rather than a dock tout. The overselling reputation here is real, mostly inflated on-island food and drink prices and crowded boats, but a pre-booked tour with visible reviews largely avoids it, and the destination itself, clear water and real coral, is the best beach experience within reach of Cartagena.
Is Bocagrande’s beach worth it, or should I skip straight to the islands?
