Morning rush (9:00 to 11:00 am) and evening rush (5:00 to 7:30 pm) can roughly double transit time between Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur. Leaving for Bhaktapur before 9:00 am, or saving Boudhanath for late afternoon once traffic thins, keeps a full-day plan realistic.
