Peleș, Pelișor and Casino Tours in Sinaia
Sinaia’s main attractions all work on timed or guided entry, and each has its own ticket route. Here is how to organise a day around them, with all prices in Romanian lei.

Children up to 7 enter the castles free, and under-18s are free during holidays. There is no separate price for foreign visitors.
Peleș and Pelișor
Peleș rewards a guided or audio-guided route. You pass the Hall of Honor, the Arms Room and the Royal Library. Pelișor is a smaller tour built around the Golden Chamber. Photography is allowed inside if you turn the flash off, and bags and strollers must be left in the cloakroom.
Book through bilete.peles.ro or at the SelfPay stations. A ticket fixes your time slot, with no rescheduling, and entry is first come within the slot. The last admission is 16:00 at Peleș and 16:15 at Pelișor. Wednesday hours are 10:00 to 17:00, and Thursday to Sunday hours are 09:15 to 17:00. Neither castle opens Monday or Tuesday. For 2026, the Pelișor closure ends on 3 November and the Peleș closure runs from 2 November to 1 December.
The Casino guided tour
Completed in 1913 and designed by Petre Antonescu, the Casino now serves as a conference centre. You join a guide for the foyer, the theatre hall, the Baccara hall and the Prince Dimitrie Ghica hall, then see the exhibition rooms. Tours begin every hour from 10:15, the last departs at 17:15 and the building is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00. The joint ticket with Știrbey Castle, where the city museum is housed, stays valid for 60 days. Confirm prices and times at casino-sinaia.ro.
Enescu Memorial House
The displays include the Ibach piano, documents in the attic rooms and a bust by Irimescu. Wednesday to Sunday, from about 09:00 to 16:00; closed Monday. See georgeenescu.ro.
Bușteni to Babele
The cable car from Bușteni to the Bucegi plateau is operated by a different company from the Sinaia lifts. Adult return prices of over 200 lei have been reported, and winds frequently halt it, so check on the day.
