Dresden’s best sights are free, and the SKD combined ticket beats paying per museum Dresden’s Baroque core rewards a slow, mostly-free walk more than it rewards buying every entry ticket separately. The Zwinger’s courtyard, Kronentor gate, and Nymphenbad fountain court cost nothing to wander even though the museums inside are ticketed; Brühl’s Terrace, the Fürstenzug mural, and the Neustadt’s Kunsthofpassage Funnel Wall are free landmarks in their own right.
